Product Search
Search through more than 900,000 customizable products using our search bar, Shop By Categories, and Shop By Event options. We also list trending products, a product of the day, and our top selling categories right on our homepage to help find the best product for any occasion.
Artwork
Artwork can be accepted from the following programs:
1. Adobe Illustrator - CC or lower
2. Photoshop - All EPS, TIFF, JPEG files (layered if possible)
They must be 600 dpi or higher at 100% of final size or larger.
Please Note: Vector Art is preferred. It provides the best quality and allows images to be resized without loss of sharpness and detail.
If scanned images are used with artwork, they MUST be sent as a separate file scanned at 600 dpi or higher. (If not actual size, scan at a higher resolution. This will prevent loss of quality.)
EMBROIDERY: Wilcom files preferred. DST files accepted. For digitized files, save as Tajima format with color sequencing.
All fonts must be converted to outlines, curves or paths (vector). If supplying image files, fonts need to be rasterized. Compression: Please use Stuffit or Zip. We do not accept: Gif files, Page layout files such as Quark or Pagemaker, Word processing documents such as MS Word/Power Point, Photocopies or PMT’s of photocopies, business cards, letterheads, fax transmissions, etc. (These formats are too low of a quality to ensure you a quality imprint.)

When sending your artwork via E-Mail it is very important that you include the following information.
In the Subject Area:
- PO# & Customer Service Representative (If Known).
In the Message Area:
Company Name, Your Name, Phone Number
Item to be Imprinted
Name of Program Used to Create Art
ART PROOF
We will send you an art proof for your review and approval. Once you approve the proof, your order will be sent to production.
SET UP CHARGES
A variety of products include a set-up charge. These charges cover the cost of creating screens, dye, or other necessary items to imprint your specific logo. If your order has a set up charge it will be on your quote.
COPYRIGHT/TRADEMARK LAWS
Dynamic Promotions Group assumes that artwork submitted for reproduction in producing an order was submitted in full compliance with the laws governing copyright, trademarks, etc. Customers placing these orders agree not to hold Dynamic Promotions Group responsible for any damages, costs and/ or expenses arising under these laws as a consequence of our use of said artwork.
SET UP CHARGES ON REORDERS
Set-up charges on reorders vary by product. Contact us to get an official quote.
CHANGE OR CANCELATION POLICY
You can change or cancel your order as long as the order has not been sent to production. Cancelation fees may apply.
PROBLEM WITH AN ORDER
We are always there for you when you need us. If there is ever a problem while your order is in production or even after it ships your account rep will stay with it until the best solution is found. We assure that your order(s) will receive the care and attention necessary for a successful implementation.
COMPLAINTS
Complaints must be made within 15 days after receipt of shipment.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All shipping and delivery costs will be given with the final quote.
Payment
We offer a variety of payment options for your convenience.
Once your order has been submitted, a product specialist will review the order, add any additional charges and send an email with the official invoice. Within the email, you will find a link that will direct you to pay for your order online using a credit card. Other payment options are available upon request. Contact us for more information.
